    Good working environment for entry level/fresh graduate but dont linger around for too long. 1-2 years is enough then try to get to real world of industrial field at different place. Good working environment for a lot of people who want to relax and enjoy.
    The good things- Comfortable working environment - Good for fresh graduate/entry level engineers to gain first taste in the industry field - A lot of things can be learn such as documentation, hands-on skill and communication skill.
    The challenges- Weak backbone of management. - Must be responsible to answer for production side of lack of output, reject escapees. - A lot of old/seasonal technicians and operators which had no motivation in working dilligently. - Managers putting everything on you. You’re the black sheep for sure. - Some of the year you wont received any increments and no explanation whatsoever.

    The good thingsThe team are like family. They will teach you from A-Z not seniority level. All old team willing to teach a new member. Very good for fresh graduates to join and can learn many things.
    The challengesIncrement is too little no salary adjustment after confirmation. OT is controlled and if working over time no payment for OT.

    The challengesFoxconn Technology Group (mother company) should have given more attention to the development of the Malaysian subsidiary as its manufactured products prone to be less relevant as time goes.

    Big company, got potential, bad management.
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Fully automated production line. Minimum supervision and you can do whatever you want as long it does not impact production. Good for fresh graduate to learn.

    A good place to start your career
    The good thingsThere are lots of things to learn here, eg: automation, mechanical and electrical equipments, PLC, leadership skills, communication skills, decision making etc. The working environment is very professional.
    The challengesFast-paced working environment. One need to be a quick-learner to adapt here. The stress level is average, but the workload is quite heavy.

    The good thingsA lot of things can be learned. Teamates also helping. Managers are very humble. The automation system quite advance so can learn new technology. Good for fresh and new engineers to have strong base knowledge especially in term of automation, production and analysis.
    The challengesSome of managers are macro managing so it's hard for begineer to learn by own. The Machines service also sometimes not properly done due tu spare parts issue causing impact on output performing.

    The good thingsWorking Environment is good. All people over there are nice. All become like a family. For a Fresh Grad/Experience people they will teach you from A to Z. And all the system are in place to cater and help for new joinly in.

    The good thingseasy to clear your time off not your annual leave. There will be a lot of time off will be gain during working here. Less supervise by manager but you need to become self starter and able to bring/guide customer to the right things. Give you opportunity to learn how to deal with customer and learn dealing skills. You need to know overall details of your line from A-Z
    The challengesVery stress due to macro management by Customer. To provide daily report, weekly report and monthly report without failed. Holding to many responsible for your position. Very tight budget in order to maintain fully automated line (state of the art machine). To many bureaucracy when dealing with customer. To my thing need to hide from customer. Line belong to customer not you.

    The good thingsPays well but not compatible to the load of jobs and micro manage needed
    The challengesManagement need to step up and support the team rather than leaving it all to customers to run the plant. Need to trust of the staffs more and able to fully work as a team
