    Opportunity for personal growth and development at FPG
    The good thingsThe company being a JV with Procter & Gamble offered the best of what a Fortune 500 company can offer. They offered excellent opportunities for learning, self-development and career advancement with a number of employees moving on to positions of greater responsibilities, locally and overseas. My personal experience in leading a successful lab start-up project here, is testimony of this!
    The challengesThe company, being a fresh start-up did not have mature systems initially and it was a \"start from scratch\" operation which had both pros and cons. The pros were the opportunity to be independent, creative and innovative. The cons were, answers to issues faced not readily available and with HR systems not fully in place and matured,employees becoming frustrated resulting in high staff turnover.

    An experience that i will never forget
    The good thingsAlthough I have been working here for only 3 years, but there are so much new things to learn everyday. All the colleagues are understanding and support each other. Even our manager is working together with us to create a healthy working environment when we needed most. I'll will still remember FPG Oleochemicals as my inspiration to gain more knowledge and skills. Such a great place to work.
    The challengesWhat I found most challenging about the company is having to accept that one of the factory is going for closure. So much memory built with it, it is truly a great experience that I personally will never forget for my life.
