    I'm successfully done my internship for 4 month in Freight Mark Sdn Bhd by doing Inbound and Receiving for Martin Brower Goods.
    The good thingsThe good things that I have been learn here was they practic the healthy working environment among the team member. They help each other due to problem occurs. They have good communication skill towards the upper and below management.
    The challengesThe challenge that I have been face was the time when the system down and there were lots of inbound details need to be key in into system immediately cause of the system problem it way also effect the outbound of goods need to be deliver on time or it way cause other cost.

    Would apply best practise from the experience gained in order to achieve organisation goals.
    The good thingsGained new knowledge and experience so, exporsed to millions of discrepencies and millions of ways to resolve. Its gave a huge lesson and could perform well in the attached organisation.
    The challengesDeadline of the storage duration and subsequently need to full fill client requirement regardless of the difficulties to handle it. As far as we concern, client requirement is most benefits, if not complied, shall advise in advance without delayed the schedule.

    The good thingsThe flexibility of working hours here are great as long as your boss is okay with it you can come in a little late if you have errands to settle, you can go out without being harassed by securities. The friendly environment are also soothing, everyone is friendly and gives cooperation when needed.
    The challengesA raise is hard to get if you can't show your contribution to the company. Even bonuses are not available for years now. Employee benefits are little. No annual dinner or family day done for years. So if you want to work here you should expect a common work environment without the yearly activities.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

    The challengesThis company has financial cash flow problem, delay in payment of salary & supplier has to queue up at reception area to collect payment. Working environment is extremely bad, no teamwork & every staff are cover their own asses. The directors are useless & don't bother about staff welfare.

    The good thingsExperience on Invoice processing for Account Payable Team. To unsure all invoices were recorded and verified by respective HOD. To unsure 0% invoice missing.
