Full of Potential but In Need of TransformationThe good thingsAbove average salary package, growing business with vast potential to move up further, in life-saving business (knowing what you do is helping someone else staying alive or living better is a good motivation factor), flexible working hours, petrol card, overall nice people to work with.
The challengesHigh turnover rate especially at management level and more effort to look into how to retain good staff. Giving more money may not be the solution, do look more into staff needs, welfare & environment. More synchronisation/collaboration needed between departments. Huge potential in growing the business, but company must willing to invest further.
