    Fantastic place to work
    The good thingsAll goods things about this company especially my experience working with the Finance Team. They gave me opportunity to grow and develop my skills and expertise in AR roles and gave me every tools that I need to build my team.

    Full of Potential but In Need of Transformation
    The good thingsAbove average salary package, growing business with vast potential to move up further, in life-saving business (knowing what you do is helping someone else staying alive or living better is a good motivation factor), flexible working hours, petrol card, overall nice people to work with.
    The challengesHigh turnover rate especially at management level and more effort to look into how to retain good staff. Giving more money may not be the solution, do look more into staff needs, welfare & environment. More synchronisation/collaboration needed between departments. Huge potential in growing the business, but company must willing to invest further.
