People who want to start their career here must have a strong will and mentality. Do not expect a guidance from the senior because at the end, it will be your responsible to come out with a solution.
The good thingsIts a good company to learn but not until pension.
The challengesThe company need to change their culture. Most of the people inside the organization was not willing to cooperate and more on looking people to blame rather than sit together to solve an issue.

People leaves not because the bad jobs, people leaves because of bad bosses and bad leaderships
The good things1) Good employee welfare 2) Working Hours 3) Uniform
The challengesAs rising company, there's to many inside problem that people in this company want to hide from upper management, so when there problem comes, this people put blame on other people. you have to accept the blame. A negative work environment can lead to disengagement, high stress and low employee satisfaction. Too many old worker that thinks they know better in everything so argue with them will take a lot of your energy. you will to feel like pulling an anchor to go to work everyday. Communication issues, limited growth opportunities, lack of expertise, poor management, unclear expectation.

The challengesleader micromanage, lack empathy, communicate poorly, lack transparency, negative mindset, are egotistical, lack vision or direction. the company has too many old workers who are resistant to adopting new ideas. and the top managers tends to jump to conclusions based on poor leadership advice without conducting proper investigations.

The good thingsThe company is an rising company in the market. Be the pioneer of the company will definitely get appreciated when the company able to penetrate the market. A lot to learn in design as we can learn direct during communicate with the support from oversea.
The challengesAs it is a rising company, the demand of the market is not much. And there is some difficulties when dealing with the technical support from oversea as all the designs are from oversea. Challenge is there to localized the product manufacture at Malaysia and to deal with all the local contractor.
