    Old school thinking management with extremely rigid process & zero flexibility
    The good thingsWork life balance
    The challengesVery rigid process with zero flexibility - no work from home despite any circumstances - replace hour even if you late for 1 minute - replace hour for company team building event - no handphone policy during the 8 working hours - monthly salary issue, e.g. wrong salary, late salary, etc.
