    The good thingsEverybody contributing ideas to solve problem raised. Espesially good leader during lead by first director. Now its lead by new director which changes alot of things and pint point problem rather than giving an ideas. That reasons lots of pioneer including manager leaving the company. Like others said people dont leave badt company they eave bad manager.
    The challengesEveryday you need to have a new ideas for improvement.
