Worst career choice ever! The good thingsThe people, the team I'm working with are a bunch of awesome people. The supervisor managing the team is terrible though. He likes to micro manage, and most of the time, not helping with the team at all. I believe if they had hired a local to manage the team, it would be a totally different story altogether.
The challengesWorking in sales, I do understand that our numbers are very important. But the management is not doing anything to help us with it. We had to fight for accounts from our other offices across APAC, which I find very counter productive. We are also treated like the bottom barrel sales people by the other sales people from our other APAC offices, scraping on bad accounts.
