    The good thingsTeamwork among team members in department, being transparent, no dirty politics among operation team.
    The challengesTends to get extra workloads when people or management start to acknowledge our existence and being genius means more workload with quite hard to get increment while those who know how to sweet talk can get more. Some old staffs are obstacles for growth.
