    The good thingsGood working environment with supportive team members. I gained valuable experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. The company also provides opportunities to improve technical skills and hands-on experience with advanced machines.
    The challengesWorkload can be high at times, especially during urgent issues or breakdowns. Communication between departments could be improved for better efficiency. Work-life balance can also be challenging depending on shift schedules.
