Petaling Jaya Selangor3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
They are moving towards growth, good time to join for the next years to come.
The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities to grow here and the new management is supportive on it. It goes back to you either to push yourself to grow or not. Work life balance is also here as it is not super stressful kind of environment. The surrounding is supportive, if you don't know just ask, they will always ready to help. Moved to new office in Petaling Jaya and very accessible to public transport and other amenities. Got Gym in office and Surau for Friday prayer. Talk about convenient :D
The challengesThe company is growing so a lot of changes for the better is expected. Some processes are still manual but digitalization initiatives is ongoing. Just need to bear with it while the changes is happening. Being part of the change is also great for career growth and exposure. It used to be in Shah Alam with lack of public transport.

    A good stepping stone but...
The good things- Higher EPF than average in the market - friendship between colleague - get to learn and see many things - freedom in doing whatever you deem correct to do (pros & cons here)
The challenges- Top management has no direction at all - your efforts are not reflected in your increment nor bonus. - No career development nor proper direction - company is so traditional and stagnant yet still afraid to take risk for a change - No interaction or activities for staff between departments (meaning don't expect gathering or any events on festive) - hence, colleague from across department would not help each other but only pointing fingers
