    A toxic management in Fullerton health.
    The good thingsNothing good to say here.
    The challengesI do not recommend anyone to work here. Disappointing and poorly managed company. Fullerton Health shows little to no care for its subsidiary companies or the people working in them. There is a clear lack of empathy from management, zero work-life balance, and a rigid top-down culture. Management does not know how to give and take, feedback is one-sided, and micromanagement is the norm. Instead of trust and support, employees are met with control and unrealistic expectations. Overall, a very demoralizing work environment.
