    The good thingsEven though I was assistant packaging engineer, I had the chance to take part in new project. It is fun to see how they breed the insects and test the chemical. The office environment is nice with a lounge and kitchen. You can cook your own lunch in the office's kitchen.
    The challengesno much of design job. It is more towards paper work. Their knowledge on packaging is very limited. There is no transportation test. No calculation on packaging material needed. nothing much to learn here. Lots of office politic. The increment is low and the benefit is not attracting.

    The good things- Pleasant working environment - Strong Team Spirit - Nice working culture - Friendly and helpful colleagues - Good working experience gain and learn
    The challenges- To handle different marketing project - Fun to organize the marketing activity for the department - There is a \"Ladies Club\" for every female in the company to participate whereas a lot of activities to organize and company subsidy most of the cost.
