It's a company which has grown significantly within 1 year and has potential to outgrow a lot of other companies in the same industry with the vision of its leaders. Existing team members all behave like close friends and family members.
Challenges are inevitable specially when it comes to new project and handling multiple projects at the same time, these can be overcome with thorough communications and team members assisting each other.
