    The challengesDue to it is marketing based company, you have to survive in term to earn more your salary, This company was 100% commission based company and need someone with strong mentality to enter this field.

    Helps fresh graduate to improve their soft skills such as communication & presentation.
    The good thingsThe company have good structure and system in terms of training and it really develops you to grow your personality and confidence. You will notice that your communication skills will improve a lot to the point that doing a presentation in front of a random people dont really scare you anymore.
    The challengesHonestly speaking this job is 100% performance based. So you write your own paycheck. You cant be lazy to earn a lot here.

    The challengesHave to go to diff mall/place to sell product. Stated in the job list, do marketing which is more to admin and event, but its all lie.. They need to explain the truth about the job scope. Just stated, have to do marketing outstation, pay wage weekly/sale, what is their sale target,etc..
