    The good thingsEnvironment & the employees. If you understand well your work & love it, everything gonna be fine and easy. Don't make it hard. Take it easy. The staffs are all supportive and positive. So if you get stuck, go and ask. Don't keep it but try to solve it.
    The challengesUnderstanding jargons cause my field is not insurance or business based. But we have 'walking dictionary' right? So go and Google it!

    Happy working with peers, still long way for company to step up
    The good thingsOther than salary, the overall offer package is quite attractive, good bonus payout and more annual leave in market. Happy working with peers, a good environment for new industry joiners to learn and explore. Most of the leaders are respect to executives and willing to hear your thoughts. Location is near to LRT station.
    The challengesLeaders are required for leadership training and improve knowledge in order to give a clear instruction and recommendations to staffs. Need to upgrade IT system, however IT staffs are not supportive enough. New KPI setup does not take consideration of ad-hoc works, such as backup for resignee and queries from other department. Required multi tasking and a lot of paper filing, and long hour working time.
