    The good thingsProvide lunch meals for staff & have chicken menu everyday. Good to gain experience for fresh graduate but need to be mentally strong.
    The challengesA lot of culture politics at work place & dominated by senior staffs. Not given a proper training & need to handle various workloads. Don't have software system & need to do everything manually. No work life balance, even not working on weekend.

    The good thingsFriendly co-worker, local or foreigner. Free canteen food for break time.
    The challengesBreak time not flexible. Need to follow management break time. If it is late for break and enters exceed than the break time set by the management, the salary will be deducted by each minutes.
