Permanent Employee From Finance/Marketing/Human Resources/Supply Chain/Sales Support Department
The good thingsEvery colleagues are friendly. They are willing to help
The challengesEvery employee need to be very multi-tasking. In fact, each department has not more than 5 members even some of the department just has 2-3 members. Very busy to handle everything. Director also require employees to do extra project. Mind cannot rest... Cannot achieve work life balance.

The good thingsThere are many expenses that can be claimed.
The challengesVerbal communication is very essential in this company. You should be very active working in this company ; if you don't work actively, the colleagues will usually not ignore you. (Eg: you have to find many topics during conversation with colleagues.) However, when you give any document that needs to be signed to the departments’ manager, they are usually late to sign. Their decision also always delay…delay…delay…

    Great opportunity lies with agrochemicals
The good thingsShould you face difficulities in your daily job, it's easy to talk to your superiors about it. The management team would always listen and try to make improvement to the working conditions.
The challengesEmployees are expected to be flexible to changes. There may not be one fixed way to do things and employees will be required to adapt to new ways all the time. On the other hand, verbal communication needed to be followed up with written documentation at all times.
