    Nice environment, nice boss and leader, love working here
    The good thingsMy boss yew lin is a very nice person, help me a lot in the company. all friends from all department like product, account and HR is nice to me. i am enjoying working here. the office is clean. working hour is flexible.
    The challengesnot much career oppurtinity, not much benefit like medical card, salary a bit unfair.

    A well-organized and promising company.
    The good thingsFlexible working shifts, great supervisors and managers who understand the needs of their staffs. Sales target every month encourage the staffs to work more and harder as certain benefits will be rewarded. Learned a lot about customer services and customer handling. 10 selling skills and excellent customer service are part of the greatest adventure in working here. Environment overall is nice.
    The challengesNot much but I need to learn more on Mandarin or other foreign languages as these are my biggest weaknesses.

    The good things1.Provided opportunities to every person even with least experiences or without experiences. 2.Small company, employees will have more opportunity involved in business strategy planning 3. Opportunities for career advancement is higher
    The challenges1.Bad to worst working environment (old & worn out facilities, mold on ceilings, carpets never been cleaned/vacuumed, no pest control initiative taken so far and termites started to appearing around work stations) Unhealthy working environment may harms employee's health. 2. Heavy workload. 3. Traditional management style, autocratic culture. 4. Extremely least employee benefits

    When the newbie got to do all the hard stuff
    The good thingsThe salary is quite good for me, and i also enjoyed the shift . If you are on a morning shift , you start at 9.30am and around 5.30pm you are off shift already .. Niceeee
    The challengesThey should at least have the effort of putting at least 1 senior staff or an assistant manager at every store to manage the shop. The newcomers should not be given such a task such as managing the shop or even be a key holder . This is not a good example of a good managing skills
