    Good organization in GSSB
    The good thingsGood implementation system of QESH, ISO standard, company annual dinner and staff award. Provide staff training especially ESH team to perform better on site. Provide OT and other allowance.
    The challengesMost of company struggling to fight for new project to generate company financial. However GSSB always pay us supposed time frame. I've to jump out just because gain new experience that involve specialist piling work company and better personnel financial.

    The good things- Good environment of team works (on site office) - Quick learner and enhance experience in work place (monitoring everyday schedule based on site progress) - Can build self confidence (meet people ex. Subcon, Consultant, Management, Authority’s and Clients)
    The challenges- The management did not give clear instruction for staff especially at site office - The management easily make a decision without give a priority for site to decide or guve opinion - Lack of communication between management at HQ and Site Office - Lack of training provided to staff

    The good thingsThey appreciates all their staffs' hard works. They always provide the best training & development solutions for their staff. They listen to all their staff's needs. Their management are very kind to all of their staffs.
    The challengesThe challenges comes from the work load but I think it is not a big problem to most of their senior staffs as they know that the company will gives them reward on their hard works. All this can be proven by asking their senior staffs.

    The good thingsmanagement have good knowledge & wide experience on their core business i.e. construction. As intermediate executive, we will be exposed to actual role & duties as contract administrator. besides, we will have opportunity to solve problems & contribution on ideas.
