    The good thingsAbsolutely! Gadang is a place where you can grow, learn and make an impact. I’ve really enjoyed the collaborative culture, exposure to diverse projects and opportunities to develop talent across the organisation. There’s a strong focus on innovation and continuous learning, which makes every day interesting.
    The challengesSometimes processes could be more streamlined and cross-department communication can be improved. But overall, the team is open to feedback and continuously working on better ways to operate.

    A decent experience overall - learned a lot about people and processes.
    The good thingsWorked here for a while and overall it was a solid experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I learned a lot. Work-life balance was pretty decent, and the management was generally approachable. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a place to grow and have some stability.

A company that cares for the rights of workers. it's also good for do investment on the project under this company even the staff also can do the investment in this company. If the project far from home, a company provided house sharing with other staff unless you are not married.
    The challengesThe challenge working for this company is to achieve the target for each project but the staff of company was very professional to handle the issue. it's good because how pressure you working the project still can handle with professional and nice even other staff like to help each others without misunderstanding.
