They also give a good rewards depends on your performance. The working environment here is nice. The staff were like a family and we did many activities together such as family trip, weekly sport game etc.
The challengesNot much. But they do need more staff since the project were building up. The lack of people in charge of a project make it difficult to finish the task efficiently. They also need more space for the new staff..
