    There are always something new to learn in every project or service call.
    The good things1. Tools and equipment are provided to experiment before starting a new project. 2. Management are open for fresh ideas and ready to invest in new technologies. 3. Friendly colleagues who are ready to assist in troubled situations.
    The challenges1. Unpredictable working hours. 2. Short time frame to complete a project. 3. Frequent long drives/outstation trips for project and service purposes. 4. Long working hours.
