    The challengesThis company does not have an HR department; everything is managed by the Finance Manager. There are no SOP in place. You have to request your own offer letter and confirmation, and only then will you receive them. New employees have to figure things out on their own.

    The good thingsThis company is the biggest one stop distributor in Malaysia for dentistry. the mission and vision of this company is to bring good quality brands for all the dentists in Malaysia. Their products are from the specialist eg implantology and orthodontist, to endodontist and restorative til disposible products.
    The challengesThey should have revised the allowance and benefits of the employees so that non of the employee will make a complaint and leave. Should have a good support from admin and finance side so that sales persons can fully focus on getting sales. rewards and recognize employees that really fight for company.
