    Good For Experience
The good thingsGood for new experience. Learn a lot of job scope so you can know where are your skills excatly.
The challengesYou have to learn on yourself to finish some task because they only show you the basic, other than that need to explore with your talented. Alot of task need to finish sometimes did'nt know which one need to settle. System and management so poor eventough they use modern and pratical system but they still need to record and filing with manually system, its too difficult for other workers.

Worth only for short period. Please find another job once you get an experience.
The good thingsHelpful and friendly staff.
The challengesManagement too complicated and terrible even they used modern system. No safety sign area and its too dangerous for workers. Management will simply put any workers to another department without telling that workers. Salary not worth it with your job scope. They will use workers to do all job even its not in your job scope.

Too much management issue and overload work.
The good thingsIt develop method to accept stress, to dealing with stress. Also teach how to accept the problem within management current system. Also the good thing is you should never working here.
The challengesFirst of all, the boss was to pushy, you need to learn by yourself starting on first day. After get scolded by manager, that's when you know that was your responsibility. Need an expert leader to handle an overload team and work, just like the way company try to cut cost. the best way to survive it throw away your emotions.
