    The good thingsAdequate, friendly environment.
The challengesStaffs are always away from the counter, to settle their own problem such as family issues, talking on the phone with boyfriend, using mobile phones all the time. Not obedient, no initiative. Back step each other. Using company's phone to call outsiders, which is not allowed!Always away to do make ups, tie their hair again and again!During worktime, went out to bought food and eat.

The good thingsSome colleagues are friendly. Too free during work time which leads to laziness. Willing to teach new employees.
The challengesEmployees are having bad attendance, MCs, unpaid leaves, many family issues, always absent. Politics everywhere. Staffs are not independent, always rely on the superior. Arguments and complaints everywhere. Staffs are not able to get along with each other. Talking bad about others. Lack of time management and self independence. Always away from their counter or seats, just to settle their family.
