    The good thingsOpen and relaxing place to work at. Team work is one of the great strength of this company. Employer listen and accept if relevant of whatever ideas and comments you have on a certain which is nice as the communication between employer and employee is running both way.
    The challengesSome time task might be over flowing but this is what have been expected from the employer. You might need to show more effort in learning totally new things that unrelated to your job scope too.
