    Wonderful Working Environment
The good thingsThe organisation is systematic, provides awesome staff wellbeing, time spent in school is fully efficient and lovely group of team with full of positive vibes boost me up every single morning to leave my bed early to experience new adventure with the students.
The challengesI hardly could think of any challenge to be working here, because this very school provides plenty of opportunities to learn for the students and as well as the adults.

When I want to go work I'm excited and very Happy every day. Don't want take leave or MC and very happy to work with all the teachers and staff.
The good thingsBoss always ready to talk about any problem in school or with staff and solve. Very happy to work in that environment. Every one is polite, humble, good manners and smiling when they are dealing with staff or teachers.
The challengesI would have work longer (forever) in this company. (Mum was sick and I had to resign).

    Work experience
The good thingsComfortable environment, very helpful colleague, good company benefits. Work loads are distributed quite evenly, according to staff level. The company also provided pretty good budgets for staff activities, as well as festive celebration parties.
The challengesThe deadlines are quite pressuring, especially during accounting closing, at the end of the month. Because during my course of stay, the department are a little understaffed, so that was why I as experiencing this kind of difficulty. I believe things must have been better now.

It's great if you are an expat teacher, no so if you're a local admin
The good thingsI love my job role. It's exactly what I've always wanted to do. I've learned new skills and forged some great relationships with the alums.
The challengesThe culture is not very healthy. There is a very bias treatment in favouring of all the expat teachers. If you are a local staff (whether admin or teacher), you will not be treated fairly. The admin office is very political and it can be very suffocating for people who dislike office politics.
