    Poor management,, no career growth
    The good thingsSalary on reasonable amount. They give lunch but not that tasty. You will get staff bread but need to be alert since amount of bread given not as much as the number of staff in the factory.
    The challengesVery poor management. It's hard to get rewarded or promoted unless working directly under top management. As someone at low level, your voice will not be heard at all.
