    Knowledge gain from working in this company
    The good thingsThe environment and team work to solve the issue immediately. The staff are friendly and we gain the benefit to enjoy events, class to improve our moral and performances during working.
    The challengesHave a better communication within the department and plan an efficient way to escalate the issue so it can be solve quicker

    The good thingsYou will never go hungry as the pantry is always filled up. Colleagues are helpful and awesome. Working environment is fun and energetic. There are challenges and BDO is definitely a must go!

    Not a place for passion
    The good thingsIf you're considering joining Garena due to your passion in gaming, think twice. Garena is not the company it used to be, with it's focus heavily on e-commerce now. Passionate gamers going into the company to work will quickly find themselves incapacitated, burnt out and demotivated. That said, for everyone else, Garena should be a decent place to work.
    The challengesWith a rotating CEO system, Garena's focus and plans in the game operations department changes on a yearly basis, and can be quite frustrating. On top of that, Garena's middle management does not take opposing ideas well, and you will find \"yes men\" thriving while everyone else ends up becoming pawns in office politics and incompetence.

    A vast experience!
    The good thingsGarena is a very good place to start especially if you are a fresh graduate. The company has plenty to offer especially on the employees. They will take a very good care of you. It's also a place to settle if you are really into your job.
    The challengesI can't find many reason for this one because the company got to do what the company got to do. You won't really have any career advancement UNLESS you are the one who seek it. So, title and career advancement wise, this is not the place.

    can view many type of attitude of person in this world
    The good thingscan make a new friend, can learn how to communicate with other person, can get experience by conducting an event for example kaki bangku clash or kaki bola clash or national championship. good salary, can deal with game manager, easily to connect with Fifa Online 3 game manager, friendly, nice, sweet, the first thing that i wanna share from this job e can see ourself that haw we can manage our self either trusted or not to other.
    The challengestransport, there are many negative thinking person about gaming industries, need to think more more and more idea how to attract other people and how to communicate with other.

There's always travel opportunity for staff to go other regional offices to learn from the Leadership Management. Modern company concept, which every staff have the opportunity to lead an important project. Comfortable working environment in the office and aside from working we have a lot of fun things to do
    The challengesCompany is a very fast pace company. So time management is very important in order for staff to deliver their task on time. Since the company have regional offices, we would required to do a lot of cross country collaboration which sometimes a bit difficult, but with the current modern technology, the impossible becomes possible

    The good thingsFlexible environment. As a gaming company, the environment is as fun as it should be. The company is Southeast Asia's top gaming platform provider company, henceforth contain some of the best gaming product that they could offer. Workload is easy to manage and staff benefit is acceptable overall. Location of office is pleasantly accessible as it is located in the heart of Mid Valley.
    The challengesGrowth Opportunity is extremely slow. Not much career advancement as well. Compared to other branches in other region, people benefit and opportunity is not as enhance. Management is constantly changing every one year or so. Hence, working environment and working style also changes along with it.
