    If Allah's will, I will be back.
    The good thingsThe seniors here are very welcoming and helpful. The newcomers might be overwhelmed with the friendliness, borderline with nosy. However overall, it was a wonderful 9 years being with them.

    The good thingsgood management and benefits. great environment to work with. still manage a work-life balance even in a peak period. the management itself promotes healthy lifestyle to all staff.
    The challengesstruggling to enhance my career. the management stated that on standard, the minimum service year for a promotion is at least 8 years. which is only for 1 stage upgrade. you will not happy being here if you're looking for a career path.

    The good thingsAs far as I know for those who graduate from Oil and Gas Degree is a friendly place to work. Like for myself as a IT staff there are not much growth in career. I work in Gas Malaysia as a Part Time staff while having my semester break during my college days.
    The challengesThe challenges for work you need to prepare to complete the task given by the project manager. The cultural way of working in Gas Malaysia are similar to Japanese way of working which they expect things need to be complete given by the time frame. Overall I enjoy the experience the Japanese cultural of working.
