Working Experience & salary

The good thingsGood for fresh grad to learn process about glove manufacturing company. A lot of process can be learn and improve knowledge.

The challengesNeed to be multitasking, involve in lot of projects & also need to showing good attitude with management staff. Salary & bonus quite good but must work hard & being good to boss, also follow what their wants.

GOOD PLACE TO LEARN BUT NOT FOR CAREER ENHANCEMENT

The good thingsEnvironment great as long as you good to people. Good place for fresh graduate to learn about latex. Great team player among superior and worker.

The challengesLow salary with no benefit. Working on 6 days full time and sometimes Sunday need to work. Dirty political issues. Still lot of room to improve. Need give more attention and benefits to general worker not only for management.
