    Job scope is not related with your job title , have to beware of what company promise to you previously is totally difference.
    The good thingsHave to multitasking,due to lack of man power .Cannot concentration on your job scope .
    The challenges9 employee resign within 3 months . You can see how terrible this company is .

    No systematic , high turnover ,job title not match with job description
    The good thingsNothing ,have to beware what job title company offer is not same with job description. Have to multitasking.
    The challengesHave to able to multitasking due to highly turnover. The title company offer is not match with the jobscope.
