Good Company for Career Development

The good thingsGreat working ambiance, boss value every employee. Sufficient training provided to improve their employee knowledge. Superior also provided sufficient guidance and everyone work as a team.

The challengesNothing to complain since i have been surrounded by good people.

The challengesThe culture in this company will never change from generation to generation because their mind set and concept will stay forever. Don't even think about change because management couldn't accept the idea of change.
