    The good thingsthey're salary was high and on time. and some of the staff are kind and good.
    The challengesthe management was worse, especially, finance department. toxic and crony culture are high. the HR also cannot help. not a good environment to work there.

    The challengesThe leadership 'divide and rule' management style. Lack of cohesive teamwork resulting in 'To each its own' and constant back-stabbing. Rewards are subjective and not performance based.
