    Good Working Environment with bad Management Execution.
    The good thingsRelatively good office. Multi culture environment.
    The challengesBeen here long enough but no career progression. A lot of "Talk Only" by the management but "No Action". Process within a department has never changed and seems to be a norm. Always try new things but never got a proper execution.

    The good thingsManagement takes employees' thinking and feedbacks highly. The Team Manager constantly tries to improve the team from the aspect of benefits wise and also team culture. Company employee engagement did a very good job right here.

    The good thingsWe are given a lot of flexibility and the office culture is very good. We always worked as a team rather than competing with each other.

    The good thingsBasically everything you can ask for a good place to work, nice environment, nice people, ok salary and benefits (food choice around not so good though).
