First month experienceThe good thingsThe personals at all level are taughtful. They really enjoy share their knowledge and experience. The environent of workingbis exactly what I dreamed for. The blending of food production and engineering knowledge is essential in produce high quality food manufacturing. I believe my engineering career will expand here together with the knowledge in machines involved in food production.
The challengesSome of the worker still do not understand my working style especially foreign worker. It getting worst when we only able to communicate with body language. Some of the still hard to understand English or BM. Here, every week we will have production meeting which sometimes do not have enough time to settle other work. Nevertheless, I take that all as my challanges in my career.
