Poor management system & work culture.
The good thingsGood pay if you excellent in your job & good bonus👍🏻 Colleague are nice.
The challenges1. Work flow is not systematic, too many last minute decision. No improvement made until now, they will blame workers if there any complaints/issue. 2. Always threats people with love letter. 3. High turnover rate even they pay higher than average market. 4. Need to work under pressure, sitting in fire fighting system is not good for long terms.

    DELICIOUS COCOA POWDER
The good thingsMaking cocoa powder is a great experience. It can melt your bud taste. In food processing, the quality is the top priority of the company. Producing high quality cocoa powder will boost the company revenue and reputation. The management is very flexible with their employer. The working environment is good for applying engineering skill. The blend of engineering and food production is essential to make good product.
The challengesThe challenges are communication. The company hire foreign worker for food processing. The working environment is also challenging due to old ages machines. The reality is the machine must work to meet the customer demand.

    Very Typical Chinaman Company
The good thingsHeard that bonus was good.
The challengesThey are still operating by the old ways - pay a little and expect you to keep quiet and do everything they ask you to. They also have very inhumane regulations - such as a buzzer in the toilet, if you are in the more than 10 minutes the alarm will go off.

    First month experience
The good thingsThe personals at all level are taughtful. They really enjoy share their knowledge and experience. The environent of workingbis exactly what I dreamed for. The blending of food production and engineering knowledge is essential in produce high quality food manufacturing. I believe my engineering career will expand here together with the knowledge in machines involved in food production.
The challengesSome of the worker still do not understand my working style especially foreign worker. It getting worst when we only able to communicate with body language. Some of the still hard to understand English or BM. Here, every week we will have production meeting which sometimes do not have enough time to settle other work. Nevertheless, I take that all as my challanges in my career.

    Excellent Training and Respected Workplace
The good thingsThe company is growing in very fast pace. The management team provided room for the employees to learn from practices and develop improvements. They also respected and rewarded those who have made contributions or poured in efforts. Employees felt being appreciated. Quite number of people who had left but returned. Opportunities were created for career advancements within the group of companies.
The challengesThe HR or the relevant parties did not come out with sufficient level of professional policies to lead and develop personnel improvement and development activities for all level of employees. This job was left to the respective Head of Departments which could be less effective. It'd be excellent if the annual salary increment was improved further.
