The challengesMost of the time requires overtime as the company will receives many short time notice on additional work and reports. Employees are placed outside of the home office and some times, in a different region, which makes communication with the head offices quite hard. Training time given was short and employees are expected to pick up their skills in a short time frame. Employees are also required to learn as they proceed working for the company.
