    The challengesThe social life, it was hard to adjust as they were too social, more like culture shock but thats how the environment should be without any title play

    The good thingsAs a geologist not a lot of places would give you opportunity to let you handle an engineering project. Not GCU, if you willing to learn and show compassionate, you might even handle projects that even engineer have trouble to design it, Clients and other engineer might not even know you a geologist with the knowledge and experience given by GCU.
    The challengesTo compete among the best with all the knowledgeable colleague. You will feel belittle with your knowledge if you start fresh in here.

    Working in GCU Consultants
    The good thingsImpressive learning curve; very good place to gain knowledge and experience. Participation in interesting projects in various fields and sectors. Good in house training and tutoring as well as support from superiors. Training of employees to be independent and handle projects.
    The challengesThe working environment is very challenging. Intense amount of pressure and extremely high expectations from the management. Welfare and benefits to employees have reduced over time. Staff turnover has been high, especially for Engineers.
