Great learning experience and exposure to the architectural industry
The good thingsI was able to learn a lot and fully immerse myself in working life, creating healthy working friendships, learning more about construction and design through the great minds working there and also further my interest in the architecture field.
The challengesEvery company has its challenges, for me, it was the location. I live outskirts of the city, commuting was difficult but manageable. Next, adjusting to a hectic schedule was difficult but proved to help me develop time management skills

    Satisfaction to work.
The good thingsWas able to be involved in projects with the colleagues as they did not consider me as an intern. The boss was a friendly and considerable man who did not posses any pride towards me, he gave a lot encouragement to keep up the work I was involved in.
The challengesHave to always be ready to face any problems and solve it together with the people who you are working with. Communication towards each other is very very important. Being able to stand out and speak point of views is very much taken into this company.

Everything you would want to learn about designing and getting involved in complexed projects, this is the place
The good thingsExposure to design was beneficial. Helped me in developing my design skills as well as training the eye to have architectural high taste. Culture of meticulous in design is also very good with the aim being a group design practice which i think achieves the main goal of the company. Meeting likeminded and interesting individuals who are passionate about architecture. Quality is synonim with GDP.
The challengesLong hours. Crazy deadlines. Multi-tier politics. If you're new and don't try hard to stand out either by way of appearance or your work credentials, just look at it as if you don't exist in the eyes of the bosses. Ridiculous expectations which are unnecessary than required. Specializing in certain areas of work only. Need to really fight for opportunities to get involved in various stages of a project.

The good thingsSystematic approach to project, complete facilities provided, good management, variety of projects and large team to work with.
The challengesVery hard to get noticed (huge company), 'yes-man' to the clients, very demanding clients n bosses n low bonus and rewards.

The good thingsThe people, the bosses and the fast paced nature of the company. Within a short span of time youll be able to cover lots about architecture and the realities of the Malaysian industry. I would recommend the company to whoever who wants to better themselves at architecture.
The challengesI would have paid closer attention to the detailing works. Due to the nature of my job at that time, we just had too little time to work on details. Nonetheless, the design process and what it thought me is priceless.
