    The good thingsWorkers are very polite and strive their best to achieve their and your goal at the end of the day. I am under EHS (as intern). In terms of Safety, Health and Environment, the people take it seriously and fully aware the importance of EHS and the role of EHS.
    The challengesSome of the staff tend to seek other opportunities when working for 1 - 2 years due to poor communication between employees and management, workplace toxicity, striving not to give incentives to save cost of the company. Working satisfaction is poor and double standards are presence (as it advertised as working diversity)

    Overall great place to work but the top management are not trully professional
    The good thingsVery good benefits & the stress level are not too high. They had many socialize activities & had many training programs to be involved. The career progression are there to be grab & it depends on how well we do our jobs. The working environment are average but the work life balance are pretty good.
    The challengesThe top management are not very professional in terms of how they treat people & how they manage their work. The company are not well organize & although there are many opportunities for improvement within the company but they reluctant to invest. Instead they try to cut costing by terminating people although they do their job well. There are so much of political approaches within the company & there’s a lot of hidden agenda. Too many restrictions of compliance issues. It can lead to people can’t express their creativity to improve the company.

    The good thingsFlexibility is great, wonderful culture, friendly colleagues. all levels of management interacts and engages with each other very well. Many events to participate in. Holidays are sufficient. We get replacement holidays for the ones fall on a weekend. Healthy weekly activities among employees (badminton, yoga, bowling, futsal). A very good exposure for being part of this organization.
    The challengesManagers/Bosses are not based locally, region-based. Workload are heavy mostly. Need to work extra hours and fast in order to complete tasks. Expectations are quite high. Stressful but is still manageable if you know how to take control.
