    The good thingsThe product is excellent. Its an aircraft engine, so much to learn!! Not only on the engine hardware side, but if you choose to, you can also learn and apply soft skills in people management.... The Management is most of the time transparent in business outlook, direction and strategies. Can understand that not all can be revealed to working level... comparing this to a Japanese company culture, far way better...
    The challengesNot much I can think of, but seeing other people's comments, here, you need to be brave to face your own challenges and confront it to be successful. And if things are not working, you need to quickly confront and admit it, get help from your leaders and keep on moving... don't stop!!

    Amazing people, great working environment, remarkable internship experience.
    The good thingsGreat working environment. The people around especially the MD, were all amazing to work with. As an intern, the opportunity for me to learn new things and to receive the best support from the team and supervisors were the best experience. Apart from work, there's a cool pantry to hangout during lunch and after work. Enjoyed playing table tennis after work with some of my team members too! Also, there was Zumba on Wednesdays to lose the tiredness and to boost confidence during work.
    The challengesHaving to meet the deadlines and to work with multiple departments were really challenging.

    Great internship experience
    The good thingsThe environment, the people, they are all nice to be working with especially your own department. Intern get to experience and assist in what the engineers do on their daily basis. Subsidized meal for lunch and dinner. Got gym and pingpong table for post work activity. Got a pantry with unlimited coffee flow. MD is friendly.
    The challengesAs intern, you need to have the initiative to start learning. Everything isn't going to be feed for you unless you find it. Working with other department can be tough sometimes.
