    The good thingsno heavy work, has OT, staff will help each each other, rest day on sunday.

    The good thingsComfortable working environment if you really good in your work. If not, it becomes stressful.
    The challengesThe higher management often easily trusts people so much. Bad HR management because they don't care about the welfare of the employees. Late bonus (bonus here totally not even reach 1/2 month salary) and late salary released. People there are kind selfish in their tasks and loves to point fingers.

    the best workplace I ever work
    The good thingsjob and task is well managed for me, friendly bosses, lots of company activities, every Wednesday will have body combat training class, gym and sports utilities provided, lots more.
    The challengesnothing to improve..it already the best!! the only thing is the task given is not too challenging..
