    Good all-rounded profession exposure
    The good thingsThe work culture, which includes putting integrity and compliance a top priority. Coupled with the management style that trusts employees to manage their responsibilities, allowing the flexibility to work remotely. This is further accompanied by the companies direction to embrace the best in business application technologies, that allow remote/virtual collaboration, meetings, etc. A great place to work if everyone is takes accountability for their responsibilities and contributions.
    The challengesEverything is about numbers ($) here. So a lot of the things we do are measured by various KPIs and metrics. Another challenge to many is the organizational structure changes happen very frequently. In my 4 years with this company, the business/structure has changes about 3 times.

    short time to complete with smart working plan.
    The good thingsvery team work to complete one project on a shorter time schedule. even some issues so strength but one team together solve the problem smoothly. nice and respectfully each other even not same department. finally we are finish the project with smoothly and follow safety regulation. congrats to all.
    The challengestrouble shooting with wrong information but solved. immediate action with site consideration some location and position of instrument system. doing more task to complete on the same time.
