You need to be proactive since day 1 or else director and manager will assume that you are not incompetent and not doing work.

Vast Knowledge
The good thingsThey will teach you even if you are fresh graduate, a very good understanding boss in term of timing. The claims sometimes do not up to your expectation but you would gain a very good knowledge in this company.
The challengesYou have to work overnight without being payed extra, the management is not very proper since its still new company. They should appreciate the workers better than their contractors since the workers are doing a great job by solving the problems with great care.
