    Not a good place to grow
    The good thingsCan go home on time. Salary is quite good. 13th salary (bonus).
    The challengesOffice politics, even there are small team but controlled by director and general manager. No performance appraisal. Just beware of the managers.

    The good thingsGood benefits and salary offer by the company. Very friendly and open minded type of Director. Good working environment and very friendly college and boss. Very flexibly working hours. Near to my house and it is about 20 min drive to work place. Will get commission if we closed more position and get yearly bonus more then 2 months. Good team work provide by others college.
    The challengesThe challenges is I have to start from beginning with this company since it is still new in Malaysia. From administration until human resource department. Need to liaise with government body regarding company GST registration, Imigresen, and others Oil & Gas business partner.
