    Environment &culture
The good thingsAll Bosses, colleges & worker are warm in relationship. Provided very nice workplace and under good safety's rules and regulations. Company always organiz celebration party or funational for staff too. Even purposely arrange an event to imported RED WINE & CHEESES under company cost from Europe and teaching all departments head what is the actually knowledge when having RED WINE. Good arrangements for company trip to every staffs. Provided course to related staff including ENGLISH SUBJECT.
The challengesThe challenge for this company is covered own relatives member even the job out of own job scope or unfair rewarding with leaking information/bonus figure to lower staff. That is private and confidential but management didn't take it as a seriously issue. Feel uncomfortable.
