    Management No Direction
    The good thingsTeamwork. All colleagues is nice & care each other. Benefit such as Birthday leave, annual dinner & team building.
    The challengesThere is no yearly salary increments. Salary increase only when you get promoted. Micromanaging. Only notice small mistake & make a big fuss. Taking advantage on staff with smaller role.

    The challengeseverything is from bad to worst. from the front desk staff to the top management level. pay cut, leave cut...just to mention a few

    A long journey, up and downs
    The good thingsDoctors team are superb(not the business owner), you always get backup from them. I will say if you aim for improvement come here, disregard all other things. Last generation operation leaders, marketing leaders, sales leaders, finance leaders, hr leaders all are great peoples, learn a lot from them
    The challengesIs sad to leave, but is necessary. Wisdom are lacking from some of the business owners. all the great leaders are no longer there. Wish some of the owners could learn the lessons and gain more wisdom into the organization.

    The good things1st thing must say is all doctors and colleagues are very friendly, and small company you have to do a lot of things but learn a lot too. No politic.

    The challengesMany good leaders left due to some major decision mistakes did by some business owners. Working with business owners required high level of tolerance and eq. Paycut it’s not a strange things here, need to have some saving

    The good thingsI love to go to office everyday, mostly is because of the colleague whereby I will consider them as my family! All are my sisters, and I just love seeing them
    The challengesThe top leader maybe overwhelming at sometimes, it still need sometimes for he or she to learn to become a true leader. Things can be perfect if some of the top leaders are still around. Well as for current top managements, I would reserve my opinions, but for you to explore.

    The good thingsColleagues are the best, very harmony, like a family. There are free treatments monthly, HR always do the right things
    The challengesdirection will be keep changing, setting goal whereby is not able to achieve. Bonus is practically unlikely to receive anytime soon.
