    Not a place for Career Development
    The good thingsGood office environment, new open cubicle setup. However it can be noisy when one people shout to another people to converse. Perhaps a good place for those who love stagnant and routine job.
    The challengesSOP not followed, office politics, no career movement after 13 years , no encouraging worker to take up promotion, HR and Finance always violate company SOP

    Good for career developement but not for the long run
    The good thingsUnderstanding of bulk production and food industries requirements. Involve with big players in food industries and quality requirements.
    The challengesWeak top management. Top management want too much but give too little. Too much meetings with no clear solutions .Working with old machines.
