    Headache
The good things-Have nice working environment in Office. -Training is given -Salary bank in never late -Good start for graduates and starting career
The challengesField Work Dept. -Excessive practical training and software training. majority people abandon at this point. -Insane outstation duration simply just for standby or troubleshoot. some require weeks or worse a month. -New employee will constantly get difficult job or outstation always. -Due to difficult job, your KPI will drop like water thus bonus half a month or none at all. Production Dept. -No friendliness or no one talks each other. -Does the same thing over and over again till you brain dead/drop dead. -Extremely low employee and excessive work load (minimum wage). Overview -No event or activity outside of the company. just feast food. -Not suitable working for longest term due no career growth/opportunity. -The veteran employee will get 2 or 3 positions due lack of assignment/job with great salary while the rest minimum wage. -No explanation about the company product. you just there to work not to gain knowledge. -Annual wage yearly is being controlled?! as low as rm 70/per year! does not follow employee agreement or tell changes in the agreement. -The price of the product is expensive and only higher up knows it. -No Quality Control/Check and No Research and Development department. Basically like playing Lego toy. -No company briefing or meeting or objective or anything at all. just there to work and repeat. -Does not have cafeteria or entertainment room. you will get tired or bored quickly. -Management rule the company out of fear instead friendliness, thus create fear among employee. -A lot of back talk/gossip about you due to communication barrier. This create anger or feeling disrespect towards each other.

    Good experience but tiring
The good thingsWorking environment is quite good. The colleagues are very supportive and helpful all the time. The support team works hard enough so that front liners like me dont have to worry too much. Our CEO is working hard to make sure that we are motivated and tries to help us in all ways.
The challengesThe communication between departments are quite bad. As of few days ago, we have to start a meeting to fully understand what the situation is. I do acknowledge that we need to keep our communication between each other more effective so we can prevent any argument in the future. The company looks like downsizing as we are lacking in terms of man power yet so far no further changes from the management team regarding this issue. Hopefully it will change.
